Jim Wilmoth moved into The Crossings 4 years ago with his wife Kelly, he has over 16 years of community service dating back to 1993 when he was elected to serve on the Huber Heights Arts Commission in Huber Heights, Ohio. The HHAC developed, organized, and managed all of the cities festivals and cultural events. While on the Arts Commission, he and a handful of other volunteers created the Huber Heights Community Theater, a place where creative expression thrived. “I have been blessed in my life and I want to give a little back” as Jim explains why he volunteers, “I’ve always had a strong sense of family, and I believe our community should share that same sentiment. If all of us just gave a little bit back, The Crossings could become one of the premiere developments in southwest Charlotte”. Jim has served on The Crossings Board for the past 3 ˝ years as Vice President and Pool Liaison. “I look forward to serving the community this coming year as Secretary and Social Committee Liaison.” Jim and Kelly have an eighteen month old son, Jacob Anthony, and two dogs, Lewie and Free. ![]() Keith Anthony |
Keith and Beth have lived in The Crossings for four years. They have two daughters in college. Prior to moving into The Crossings, the Anthony family lived across 49 in Yorkshire for 14 years. While in Yorkshire, Keith was on the HOA Board of Directors, and at various times served as their President, as well as Chairman of the Pool, Architectural, Crime Watch and Grounds Committees. Keith sees The Crossings has made the transition from a new development in Steele Creek to one of the longer established developments. This is a critical time for The Crossings with homes maturing and infrastructure needing maintenance. Keith desires to share his HOA experience in an attempt to keep The Crossings as one of the more desirable developments to live in Steele Creek. Keith was appointed to the Board of Directors in June, 2009, to complete a two year term which expires in June, 2010.
Keith is a Professional Engineer and part-owner of Shield Engineering, a civil engineering consulting firm. Keith grew up in the Catskill Mountains of New York, graduated from Lehigh University and moved to Charlotte in 1980. Keith and Beth are active members of Forest Hill Church.

Take a minute to thank the board members when you see them around the community. It is a volunteer position and many times we as residents forget the amount of time these people put into the community as volunteers.
