How do I report a street light out on my street?
Street lights are maintained by the City of Charlotte. The quickest and easiest way to report an outage is by calling this number.

My neighbor repeatedly leaves his trash can out at the end of his driveway long after our pickup day, but I don't feel comfortable talking to him/her about it. Can you help?
The HOA does not get involved with delinquent garbage offenders. The quickest and easiest way to report a reoccurring problem is by calling this number.

I want to get more involved with the community. How do I become a Street Captain?
The best way is to get a hold of our Street Captain coordinator, Dawn. You can also attend one of the meetings. The next meeting will be listed on the Announcements page, so stay informed by visiting it often.

I want to follow all the rules, but I don't know what they are. How can I get a copy of the CCRs?
We have 21 different CCRs that govern Yorkshire, depending on which section you live in. You should have received a copy when you closed on your house, but you can request a duplicate from our property management company for a $5 charge. Residents of Yorkshire and real estate agents can call Hawthorne Management to order or reference the online copies available here.

What is the HOA's policy on yard sales?
To hold a yard sale, you MUST schedule it in advance and get a permit from the city. Only four permits per year will be allocated per household. The cost is $5 and you can obtain an application here.
